Upon placement and confirmation of orders, we will not be able to cancel your orders due to technical reasons.

While we have a non-cancellation policy, we do allow a return of goods on valid grounds such as the following:
- Delivered products are not as per order
- Damaged products

However, true to our ethos, we may try our utmost best to cater to your business need on a 1-day placement should the need arise. We understand sometimes circumstances changed or sudden increase in needs or usage.
We will try our best but the order must be made by 10 pm of current day for us to deliver on the next day, but this will be subjected to product availability.
